I have a start up public speaking business and modelling in my 40s. I have been complimented on my elegant and glamorous look and style.

The maturity and experience I’ve gained, which greatly shapes the narratives of my public speaking business. I am availing myself of the opportunities, to be in my first pageant at the age of 46, to start my own podcast through my organisation and to model outfits from 3 fashion designers in the September 2024 London fashion week. I am the Co-chair of staff diversity network disability network, wellbeing champion, inclusion ambassador and a member of the disability pioneer supergroup.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by being mindful about food and drink. I may not be able to go to the gym or to exercise due to my chronic fatigue but I endeavour to walk or take the stairs where I can manage it. I do what I love by modelling. I am very stylish with grace and was called the model of the department. I have never smoked and hardly drink. I skin care routine and having fruits regularly is a plus. People say I’m always smiling. Positive mindset is also important and positive impact in others lives.
What would you do with the $40,000?As someone with multiple long term health conditions and disabilities and working full time even though my clinicians warned me that it could lead to more debilitating disability, however as I don’t have immediate family in the country and raising my child alone, it’s hard not to work in order to manage day to day life. The money will help with my housing costs and for travelling. It would also allow me to make my business more profitable as I’ve not currently made any money from the business.
