What I love about being over 40 is the confidence that comes from truly knowing myself, the wisdom gained through life’s experiences, and the freedom to prioritize what really matters: family, career, and personal well-being. I’ve also learned that people don’t focus on others nearly as much as I once thought in my younger years, which has given me the freedom to live more authentically and embrace my true self without unnecessary worry or doubt. Life feels more fulfilling and purposeful now.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing a balanced lifestyle that includes nurturing my family, staying dedicated to my career, and making time for self-care. Regular EMS training, facials, and trying to have healthy home-cooked meals as often as possible keep me feeling strong and radiant. Embracing fashion, beauty, and personal growth boosts my confidence, and I focus on staying happy and authentic. It’s about appreciating the wisdom that comes with age and surrounding myself with positivity.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won the $40,000, I would donate it to a women’s charity that supports abused women, women going through cancer, survivors of domestic violence, single mothers facing financial hardships, and women recovering from homelessness or re-entering the workforce. My goal is to help them feel beautiful, loved, and empowered by providing self-care resources, beauty treatments, and emotional support, helping them regain their confidence, dignity, and strength as they navigate life’s challenges.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
