Being over 40 can bring a sense of confidence and self-awareness that comes with experience. I’ve found that I have a clearer sense of who I am, what I want, and what matters most to me. It’s also a time in my life where I feel more comfortable in my own skin, less concerned with the opinions of others, and more focused on living authentically. Plus, it’s even more exciting because I get to pursue some passions unapologetically and enjoy the fruits of years of hard work.
How do you stay fabulous?For me it’s all about embracing self-care, confidence, and keeping a positive mindset. A consistent skincare routine is essential for glowing, healthy skin, which I’ve perfected with some of my own body care line. I try to pair that with a healthy lifestyle; eating well, staying hydrated, and being as active as I can. My personal style also plays a big role in feeling fabulous, which I’ve perfected since becoming 40. I wear what makes me feel confident in my body and stay away from trends.
What would you do with the $40,000?Easy. I would invest it in my business, Luxuerie Skincare. I would also buy more inventory for my beauty supply store that I’m opening up November 2024. Luxuerie Beauty Supply.
