What I love about being over 40 is the lessons I've learned about self love, being authentic. Being over 40 has given me a fresh perspective on living a life that honors my core values, my dreams and aspirations. I love to be inspired by other fabulous women and strife to also be a source of inspiration to others.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by being authentic. Kind and tuned into my inner guidance. I believe that we are what we think, what we eat and what we believe. Having a self care daily routine which involves meditation or prayer, some form of physical activity/ exercise and eating healthy has helped me stay fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would follow the 3 "S" Share some with someone in need Save some, for a rainy day, and spend some on things that bring me joy, such as traveling.
