Receive Text UpdatesIt’s very important to make yourself a priority. As long as you are the priority, you can take care of everyone in your life. Make time everyday for yourself. It could be 10 minutes a day, an hour a day of something that you love doing.
What advice would you give your younger self?Abandonment, foster care, abuse and neglect do not define you. Yes you were born as a result of sexual assault, but you will inspire so many people to heal. You are truly loved by so many people you do not know. Make yourself a priority at all times. Learn how to meditate and process your emotions in a healthy manner. Meditation will help you heal from all the trauma. You are a Survivor Not By Chance. You Survived Because You Fought To Survive. Now It’s Time To Thrive.
What would you do with the $40,000?Part of the proceeds will go towards operational expenses for my business Survivor Not By Chance. This will give me the opportunity to enchance my skills and help more people heal. I want to impact more communities that need healing. Growing up I saw how the lack of mental health treatment affected my community. The services I provide help individuals and families with mental health services. Winning this competition can aide in bridging the gap to those underserved communities.
