How do you stay fabulous?Even as a busy working mother of two, I make time for self-love which includes self-care of my body, mind and soul. I take care of my body both inside and out by eating healthy, consistently fitting in a form of daily exercise and I am faithful to my skin care routine. I read and listen to podcasts that keep my mindset positive (Mel Robbins is my favorite- she’s so relatable). I journal, pray, meditate and ground myself daily to stay uplifted and surround myself with positive energy.
What would you do with the $40,000?What was meant to break me is actually what made me the powerful woman I am today and I want to show other women that abuse in any form does not define your future. I would start a foundation for victims.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
