"What I love about being at this stage of my life now is that I can focus on myself. This includes my physical, emotional, and mental health. After 20+ years of putting myself on the back burner while raising three kids, I felt like I lost so much along the way. I missed my own journey and the ability to attend to my own needs. Now that I have the time to look after myself, I feel very liberated—like I was lost and have found myself again, but wiser."
How do you stay fabulous?I learned how to listen to myself and understand my feelings. Everyday, I look after myself by self love and self care. I eat good food but in moderation, I laugh more and enjoy what I am doing everyday. Wake up with a positive attitude by practicing gratitude, dress up everyday; wear make up and light perfume to set the tone for the day. Because if I feel good inside then it can radiate to what I do and that's how I can make a difference.
What would you do with the $40,000?My vision is to age gracefully, utilizing my winnings to continue thriving as a successful mompreneur. I aim to inspire others along the way, sharing my journey and empowering them to pursue their own dreams. A long-held dream of mine is to enjoy a week-long vacation in Switzerland with my husband, a moment that will mark the fulfillment of a cherished childhood wish.
