Going through so much before my 40s has given me the opportunity to be myself and thrive in my 40s. I get to live in love as it’s okay to be different in all the forms. I am choosing to share that love while enjoying the life we are creating, all while embracing the roots I am tapping into, on my terms. If anything, my empathy thrives. My mission is to empower women. To tell them…I love you, I see, I honor you! We’ve got this!

As I began my healing journey, I really set out to find myself, to grow, to find my tribe. As my journey continues, I am finding all those things and more. I am getting stronger, healthier and finding peace. Even in the moments that feel not-so-fab, I have tools that I lean on…that help me navigate those emotions or feelings without a complete meltdown or flare. Life still happens and I have to take it slow at times; however, connection with my people, naps, snacks + biohacking do the trick.

I am currently in a 3 year Priestess Certification program to hold healing spaces and have been offered the 2nd year of this journey beginning 2025. This grant would give me the ability to continue my education to be able to hold healing spaces for women and their partners. My mission is tied to my lifestyle brand that is expanding to provide healing, loving, soul goal retreats around the world. I believe this would be the key to unlocking the next steps in this journey.
