What do you love about being over 40?

The experience of life. I have gone through so many things in life that has made me the woman I am today. Since I turned 40 and have been able to start my own MedSpa and been supported my family this far. I feel there is nothing I cannot do in life.

How do you stay fabulous?

Having a positive attitude towards all the ups and down life throws at you. I try to focus on my mental health, meditation, try to eat and stay active to keep up with my children. I am a life time learner I love learning new things and incorporating it my life. Over the years I have learned how to be self sufficient (painting my house, repairing items, to figuring out how to fix minor things with my car). Having a goal to focus on and reach for that and more every day.

What would you do with the $40,000?

I will first of all, help my children since three of them are on the path with college and university. My oldest son is in the Air Force so hopefully get him a ticket to spend some time at home. Then, I would put some money in growing my MedSpa. Pay for extra educational classes for me because I am a life long learner and this will help with my MedSpa thrive. Then I will take a me day, which I would not know what to do but just to have a day to relax and get pampered.
