The wisdom to look back at my transformation on how I turned everything that seemed like an obstacle into golden stepping stones. How I’m energetic, healthy compassionate and president of Positive thinkers in my province here in Canada. I also volunteer to keep our province more beautiful to grinding glass into sand. My body is my temple. I am aware of my thoughts shape my reality, my kindness, my compassion for all is a journey of choosing where to put my energy to be healthy and vibrant! ❤️
How do you stay fabulous?I do yoga, dance, workout at a gym, walk hike, eat well sleep well meditate to create a positive mindset & keep aware of what is important to create healthy satisfying compassionate relationships. I make the majority of my food from scratch and choose healthy herbs to enrich the flavour. I truly live love laugh each day with much gratitude to live another day with the wonderment of a child - when my feet hit the floor. My attitude is what is next? Lol Right now is being a mentor for women ❤️
What would you do with the $40,000?My business and purpose is to make every woman into a goddess, destined to co-create a world where we uplift and empower one another. Together, we fix each other's crowns, not as competitors, but as sisters striving to be better than we were yesterday.
