I no longer have to hide behind my addiction I live life to my fullest and continue to be there for my boys and being my best self! How do you stay fabulous?I love learning and focusing on The mind body connection. Grounding and keeping my self centered naturally has been a beautiful experience. Meditation daily and still learning. I try to live with an open heart and do right with kindness. Sharing a smile it’s at the top of my list oh and the Gym! I’ve been active there since 2021 so I’m not just mentally fit but also in my body. I’ve adopted the Whole Foods plant based diet. I realize how important total health is on my journey.
What would you do with the $40,000?.Hmm, I would definitely be smart with it, save a little, do something special for my boys, make more memories with my love, spoil us a bit. And sneak in a little shopping!
