I celebrate the life I want—that’s my superpower. I now understand my value and worth. I still have the energy to work hard/play hard. I love to party but embrace aging with humor and optimism. I love that I can still belt a Whitney song and make fun of myself when I say or do something silly, which is a lot. I am accepting myself more. Because of life experiences, I have a story for absolutely every occasion. I love the emotional maturity that comes with age.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay true to who I am, a stylish, fun girl who embraces my inner child. I bring energy everywhere I go especially after a run. I am full of wit and love to throw a damn good dinner party. Oh, and tequila doesn’t hurt. I won’t give up heels or fashion. I am a lover of all things beauty. I remind myself that I am enough and to live life fully, and that self-care is non-negotiable. I have a genuine passion for raising money for nonprofits and have raised over $81M through my events.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest it and use some for travel. My hubby and I are in need of a week away. We married in 23’ and skipped the honeymoon. Since then, he retired from the fire station and I lost my beautiful mom to heart failure a couple months ago. I had a breast cancer scare this year after a mammogram they found a tumor. It grew very fast I had surgery which was scary. Luckily it was benign, breast cancer awareness is important and a cause I completely support.
