How do you stay fabulous?I eat a balanced diet, mainly fish and chicken for meat. I work out five days a week, focusing on weights and martial arts. I love to travel, even for long weekends, as it expands the mind and keeps you energized. I believe in learning something new and not shying away from challenges, even if they’re difficult at first. I make sure to express myself politely, so I don’t carry unnecessary emotional weight. I meditate and strive to maintain a clear and positive outlook, even when things go wrong.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put it towards a health spa for women that I want to open. It won’t be a regular gym; it will also offer nutritional discussions, including learning about menopause—whether you’re in it, going through it, or wanting to learn more before the time comes. It will be a place where women can be empowered in a humble environment and connect with like-minded individuals. A place where we embrace our change and glow with it to a vibrant human being that Leeds the next chapter.
