The freedom I have to be myself all the time. I treat others the way I want to be treated and my faith has never been stronger. I used to think that putting myself first was selfish and I understand now, and believe that caring for myself is an act of survival.
How do you stay fabulous?Prayer. Meditation. Yoga. Exercise. I Love the work I do as a yoga teacher and massage therapist. Offer help and ask for help when necessary. Simply, but most importantly…I treat others the way I would like to be treated.
What would you do with the $40,000?Care for my parents. Travel!
