I do it all , I have a 37 year old non verbal son with autism that I take care of 24-7 a husband a home , I’m 56 I got this ;)

How do you stay fabulous?I’m fabulous because I am a awesome mom and wife , I am also fabulously tired :) its hard to be a 24/7 caregiver of a grown non verbal son and stay fabulous:) but I’m trying and I think I’m doing a great job.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put in a ingroud pool for my family and get a massage every month for a year.
