Now that I am over 40 I feel that I am finally my best self. I now know more about how to live my own life, love others unconditionally and to show myself grace. I have finally learned to slow down and enjoy life more and not try to race through each day, planning every second on my calendar. I enjoy private moments with my thoughts, reflecting on having raised my girls and the little precious times that I hope they will remember.I find more time for my friends and I have more reasons to smile.
How do you stay fabulous?I live a healthy lifestyle now that I know better. I stay away from processed foods. I stay hydrated and I eat a plant based diet. I try to avoid stress, and giving it☺️. I have learned to relax more! This is my YES era!! Yes to me.
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000 I would pay off some remaining debt that is left since my divorce as well as finish a much needed project on my home and lastly I would be able to take a trip that I have had planned with my family for 2 years that I couldn't afford.
