It's a time when I feel more comfortable in my own skin and care less about others' opinions. I enjoy the wisdom and perspective gained over the years, allowing me to navigate challenges with ease. There's a sense of freedom in being over 40, a release from societal expectations and a focus on what truly matters to me. Embracing my age has brought a deeper appreciation for the present moment and a greater acceptance of self.

How do you stay fabulous?

Taking time for myself and practicing self-care are essential parts of my routine to stay fabulous. I prioritize my well-being by indulging in activities that bring me joy and relaxation. Whether it's a soothing bubble bath, a relaxing spa visit, or taking the time to do a facial mask at home. This dedicated me-time not only rejuvenates my body and mind but also boosts my confidence and overall happiness. Self-care is my secret weapon to staying fabulous inside and out.

What would you do with the $40,000?

With $40,000 in hand, my first investment would be in a Tempur-Pure Active Breeze bed to combat the relentless hot flashes that come with menopause, ensuring cooler and more restful nights. Beyond addressing my immediate comfort, I would allocate the remaining funds towards publishing and promoting my book, a passion project detailing my life story. I aim to inspire and empower women to reclaim their voice and strength, no matter the adversities they have faced.
