Being over 40 I have learned how to become my own self. I have learned how to take care of me,what I want and what I need. Being over 40 I have realized it’s important to take me time and pay attention to when I need to be quiet and in my own thoughts.
How do you stay fabulous?I make sure to take care of myself! Not just on the outside but the inside. Taking care of your inner self and your health is so important after 40. It can make such a difference in your mental health. Being fabulous is not just about the outside but about the inside. If the inside is good then it will show on the outside!
What would you do with the $40,000?At the current time so many friends in the East Tennessee Region and North Carolina need help with food,water and supplies. Anything we can do to help with this tragic event. This is a small portion to at least help with food and water desperately needed!
