I left my career to be a mom of 3 and wife, I realized I was forgetting myself… So my journey began and I’m here to share and do my part!

I love being over 40 because with age comes wisdom and experience. I love learning, growing, and challenging my mind, body, and soul. My passions are community, Women’s retreats, Yoga, Hot Pilates, JFlow, Yin Yoga, and hiking. Now I am in a place to share my experiences with others. I am receiving certifications in Life Coaching, Health Coaching, and a variations of Yoga Practices to continue my journey doing my part in unity. I believe everyone has a gift and I respect the brave warriors
How do you stay fabulous?I have dedicated time for myself to feel my best inside and out. I wake up at 5am to enjoy my power up time. Drink my coffee, check emails, check schedule of the day, and read some inspirational knowledge to have a smooth day. Then hit a yoga class at 6am so I can be back in time to wake up my kids for school. I shop at the local farmers market to support my community and get the freshest food I can for my family. In the evening I have my power down hour. Listen to calming music do my skin care
What would you do with the $40,000?Continue to build my platform Inspirational Creations by Lleanna by sharing my experiences with others to find their inner light. I believe when we can love ourselves we can love those around co creating a ripple effect of the little things that light us up as individuals to create a better world. The outside world is hard enough but it doesn’t mean we can’t feel peace inside ourselves. With healthy routines, dedication, and determination we can find what lights us up and we become unstoppable
