How do you stay fabulous?My self care is important, I stay active by working out. Love nature walks , kayaking, fat bikes, road bikes , golfing cross-country skiing. I’ve been doing iced bath on a regular basis, I meditate regularly I eat a healthy diet.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put some money on my mortgage go on a retreat somewhere. Probably go to Florida to help people with the Milton hurricane aftermath.
