I am 64 years young and am still working, I exercise regularly and eat healthy. Always looking for ways to improve my quality of life.

I’m wiser, I care less what others think of me. There will always be haters especially when you have a positive outlook on life even on your worst days. I am comfortable in my body, even as imperfect as it is. I enjoy watching my son succeed in life and try and help him through life’s disappointments. Looking forward to having grand children one day.
How do you stay fabulous?God first, I eat healthy, stay active, keep friends of all ages so I never feel old. I feel that exercising or at least walking every day is so good for your mind and body. I volunteer at my church, love greeting and meeting new people. Positive outlook even in the worst of times keep you fabulous. Losing my partner of 19 years was devastating but knowing that he is still watching over me and guiding me keeps me positive, I still journal my thoughts to him regularly.
