I love knowing myself better, being more comfortable in my own skin and the increased sense of confidence that that gives me. Although the physical changes can be challenging to accept at times, in general I love aging!
How do you stay fabulous?I try to stay active through doing activities I love, like yoga, dancing and long walks. I also make sleep a priority and try to eat a mostly balanced diet, but with regular space for enjoying the foods that I love and make me happy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I just went through a traumatic separation and bought my ex out of my house. I’m in a very, very delicate financial situation as a result. I would use the money to pay off part of the loan I had to take out to pay him. It would be sooo helpful, to be honest!
