Becoming the best version of myself. In my 40’s I found that I’ve been drawn to working on myself; working to be a better human, a better partner, a better mother, a better sister. Making deeper connections with friends and family and in hindsight making better thought out decisions. It’s very exciting getting to know yourself again. As women, we tend to put a lot of time and effort into caring for others. When we hit our 40’s it’s time to take care of OURSELVES!
How do you stay fabulous?Therapy! It has been a game changer. At first it’s hard (but us women are used to hard), but it’s totally worth it! When you work on YOU, you become the best, truest and happiest version of yourself, which reflects in all aspects of your life and relationships. I’ve also had to think back and remember what I actually enjoy doing. What brings ME joy? So I’m starting to take hip hop and acting classes. Life is too short to not have things in your life that put a smile on your face!
What would you do with the $40,000?I am starting IVF in 2025, so I would use the $40K to start a family. There are 2 things in life I have always wanted, 1. A child and 2. Win a Grammy. As I keep working on my dream to win a Grammy, my biological clock ticks LOUDLY! It is time to keep working on my career BUT start putting my future family first. Being self-employed in the music industry is not great on the bank account, which is why $40K would be a God send to help start my future family.
