How do you stay fabulous?Art therapy, gardening, laser work, my hot tub and massage chair. Recognizing my stress patterns and changing them. Understanding my disordered eating and how ADHD plays a part. Learning about generational patterns and ideas that need to be dismantled.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would build a huge greenhouse attached to my house. I would take my husband to India to see his family. I would invest some for my kids future.
