As a middle school English teacher, I often get mistaken for a student. I firmly believe in staying in touch with one’s inner child. I love the confidence and clarity that comes with being in my 40s. It’s a time when I feel grounded in who I am, with a deep sense of self-worth and resilience. I value my experiences, both the challenges and the triumphs, as they’ve taught me to set healthy boundaries, focus on what truly matters, and appreciate my own strengths.
