First and foremost I want to give all the grace to God. Personally, I define being fabulous starts with eating the right foods, exercising, & treating people how you would like to be treated. Just being able to take the good things I've learned in life and use them to empower the people around me. I'm just very grateful that I've discovered my most authentic self in my 40s, and I treat every single day like a fresh new beginning.

Much like many other y-women. I would tell my younger self to get out and see the world with people who enrich your life instead of dragging you down. I'd also tell myself to stop worrying so much about what other people thought of me and invest more of my time in the things that spark my joy, like reading books, learning new skills, exploring and discovering new places, and filling my life with as much laughter as physically possible. At the end of the day, "Life Is What We Make of It".

I plan on using the money from the FabOver40 challenge to donate to local charities in my communities that address mental health issues in teens and young adults. I've seen firsthand how many families and individuals struggle to find the resources they need to address their mental health. I believe creating this support system will allow them to heal and give the next generation of fabulous women the opportunity to thrive.
